Loved my entire experience purchasing custom blinds through Jessica and MITS. There were so many options! The fabrics and natural fiber shades are high quality and gorgeous. When my blinds arrived and were installed, they looked even better than I imagined. Jessica was very thorough and thoughtful — she made sure to explain each option to me and show me exactly what each would look like when hanging in my home. I needed some adjustments done to the blind design (because of my window casings), and Jessica was sure to make sure I understood (and liked!!) the way they looked once installed.
